Throttle-to-PAS Converter And PAS-to-Throttle Converter on Pedal Assist E-Bikes

Whether its the PAS-to-Throttle or Throttle-to-PAS configuration, you will be able to increase your startup acceleration and maintain a consistent top speed for your e-bike. 

PAS-to-Throttle: PAS activated throttle. Suitable if you e-bike is equipped with a throttle connection. Objective is to use pedal assist as a throttle. 

Throttle-to-PAS: Throttle button activated PAS. Suitable if your ebike has NO throttle connection and is ONLY PAS activated. Objective is to use a throttle button for your PAS only ebike.

1. PAS-to-Throttle Converter: 

Converts your pedal assist to throttle input

Increase startup acceleration with this PAS throttle sensor and maintain a consistent top speed for your ebike if you e-bike is equipped with a throttle connection. 

Includes:

1. 8-magnet PAS with 3 pin molex connector to connect to throttle input of controller.

2. Throttle-to-PAS Converter: 

Converts Throttle signal to PAS input

If your PAS ebike has no throttle connection and is only PAS activated, use the Throttle to PAS configuration to make your e-bike throttle activated. 

You will be able to use both PAS and throttle. If your PAS connector is different from the connector shown in our picture, please take a pic and send it to us.

How Install:

1. Find your ebike controller
2. Disconnect your 3-wire PAS sensor connector (normally black, red/brown and yellow)
3. Connect your Throttle to PAS converter in line with the PAS sensor and the controller (connectors are labelled)
4. Ensure that your PAS wires are matched color for color i.e. red to red/brown, black to black, yellow to yellow wires
5. Connect your waterproof throttle button (provided)
6. If the throttle button does not work, try disconnecting the single PAS forward/reverse switch (white wire). All wires are labelled.

E-Bike throttle connection or PAS connection is very similar, your ebike controller should have a set of Black, red and white/yellow signal wires for our modules to connect to.
